Upon appointing us as the funeral service provider to handle all funeral-related matters for the following days, we will have an agreement done up. This agreement would have all the prices clearly stated (except for costs which are variable and dependent on usage). Our very dedicated Funeral Director will go through in detail what the indicated prices are, with the accompanying terms and conditions. Having this signed agreement would safeguard you, a bereaved family member from any disputes in price after the entire funeral has ended should any arise.
