"Affiliate" shall mean to include Agape Bereavement Care Pte Ltd, Farewell Funerals Pte Ltd and Harmony Essentials.

We offer a range of funeral and memorial services and products, including but not limited to funeral planning, transportation, cremation, burial, memorial services, caskets, urns, and other related services and products.

The specific services and products provided will be agreed in writing with you.

3. Compassionate Care
We commit to providing compassionate and professional care to you and your loved ones throughout the funeral process .

4. Eligibility
Our services are available to individuals who are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in their jurisdiction. By using our services, you affirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement, or you have obtained permission from a legal guardian.

5. Authorization and Responsibility
By engaging Harmony Funeral Care Private Limited for any services, you warrant that you have the legal authority to make arrangements related to the deceased and to authorize the requested services.

6. Personal Information

9. Payment and Pricing
The prices for our services and products are outlined in our funeral plans, invoices and / or via written communications with you, and you agree to pay all charges associated with the funeral, including but not limited to fees for professional services rendered by us or any third-party external service providers, consumables and goods.

We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice, except for funeral arrangements with a confirmed prepayment in full.

Payment for all funeral services rendered must be made in full prior to the departure of the cortege from the funeral wake unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. By engaging our funeral services, you agree to the aforementioned payment terms.

Failure to provide payment in full may result in a delay or cancellation of the funeral procession. We shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from the delay or cancellation of the funeral procession due to non-payment, and any additional costs incurred as a result of late payment, including but not limited to storage fees or rescheduling charges, shall be your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse services or modify the funeral arrangements if payment is not received in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.

A late payment fee of $50 per outstanding day will be imposed for any payments not received by the due date. In the event of default or non-payment, you shall be responsible for and bear all costs, expenses, and fees incurred for the recovery of any amounts due, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees, collection agency fees, court costs, and any other related expenses.

Accepted modes of payments are Cash and Fund Transfer .

We understand that funeral arrangements can be emotionally challenging, and we are here to assist you during this difficult time. We are committed to providing compassionate and professional funeral services and appreciate your cooperation in meeting the financial obligations associated with these arrangements.

10. Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel or reschedule funeral arrangements, you must do so in writing.

We reserve the right to accommodate to rescheduling requests, subject to availability and reasonable notice. Any additional costs incurred due to rescheduling will be borne by you.

Cancellations may be subject to fees and charges based on the services rendered and the timing of the cancellation. Any deposits collected will be forfeit.

Refunds may be subject to applicable fees and will be processed according to our refund policy.

We do not accept returns of any used products.

11. Deposit policy
We require a deposit to secure your order for the requested services and / or products. The deposit is collected prior to the commencement of any services and / or delivery of any products and is non-refundable.

The deposit amount will be deducted from the total cost of the service(s) and / or product(s) provided to you.

In the event that Harmony Funeral Care Private Limited is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service and / or product, we will refund the deposit amount to you.

12. Refund policy
All purchases of services or products through Harmony Funeral Care Private Limited are considered final and non-refundable. Once the services has commenced or product(s) have been delivered, you will not be eligible for a refund.

There are no exceptions to this "No Refunds" policy, except where required by law.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team at +65 9489 2424 or email us at funeralcareharmony@gmail.com within three (3) days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, replace the product.

13. Third-Party Services and Products
We may provide links or recommendations for third-party services and products. We do not endorse or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or safety of such offerings. Your interactions with third-party providers are solely between you and the third party.

We may also engage third-party vendors or service providers to offer additional services. These third-party services are subject to their terms and conditions, and we are not responsible for their actions or omissions.

You also agree that our maximum liability for any and all claims, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the services provided by us.

We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising out of or related to the acts or omissions of third parties, including but not limited to hospitals, crematories, cemeteries, third party external service providers or transportation providers.

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Harmony Funeral Care Private Limited, its directors, employees, officers, and affiliates harmless from and against any claims, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, costs or expenses (including attorney fees), arising from your use of our services or any violation of these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms and our services will be subject to the laws of Singapore. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any disagreements through mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.
