1. Funeral Operations Executive Assistant (Open)

Job Scope:

• Transfer bodies to and fro wake locations
• Set up wake venues
• Liaison with external vendors
• Basic admin duties
• Assist in company's outreach programmes
• Keeping the company's vehicle clean
• Night server duties

Min Requirements:

• Able to commit
• Diligent
• Team player
• No bright coloured hair

Good To Have Qualities:

• Driving license
• Ability to speak dialects

 

2. Funeral Director Executive Assistant (Open)

Job Scope:

• Liaison with external vendors
• Liaison with bereaved family members
• Printing of funeral-related collaterals
• Managing the company's social media
• Assist in the setting up of wake venues
• Plan company's outreach programmes
• Night service duties

Do take note that this role requires shadowing with the operational team so as to be familiar with the company's operations. This will help you to perform better at your role.

Min Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Able to commit
• Diligent
• Team player
• Able to think on your feet and work independently when required

Good To Have Qualities:

• Driving license
• Ability to speak dialects

 

3. Funeral Executive Trainee/ Intern (Open)

Job Scope:

• Transfer bodies to and fro wake locations
• Set up wake venues
• Night service duties
• Basic admin duties

• Able to commit
• Diligent
• Team player
